Grant of License. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license, to access and use the most current available versions of the Site, Applications and Service for your lawful, personal and non-commercial use.
Available Content. The Service and the content provided therein is available for users of various skill levels, for a variety of activities, and for varying duration. Content may not always be available and is subject to change at any time with or without notice and without any liability to you.
Membership. Account Security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by unauthorized users. You must not allow others to use your account. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your password. If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after using the Service. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password and notify us.
